At SOGADU FOODS, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring the quality and freshness of our food products.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
Orders are dispatched only to serviceable pin codes as per our logistics partners.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Rural or remote areas may take longer due to limited logistics access.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may apply based on order value, weight, and delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered on select products or above a minimum order value (if applicable).
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can use this ID to monitor the delivery status through our logistics partner’s portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the package is undeliverable, it may be returned to us.
Re-delivery may attract additional charges.
7. Delays or Issues
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transport issues, or public holidays.
In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
8. Perishable Items
Our food items are perishable and must be handled properly. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
We do not take responsibility for spoilage due to failed delivery attempts or delays caused by incorrect address information.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
